Our payment system is completely secure. Once your payment has been processed and confirmed, we will hold your room for you. We look forward to hosting you at Hazelbank House!

Cancellation Policy

50% refund will be given for a cancellation received 48 hours before the booked time.  Refunds will be made to the credit card or bank account from which the payement was received.  NO CASH refunds will be given.  No refund will be given on cancellations 24 hours or less before the booked time.
